While I, of course, **crosses fingers behind back** was a perfect teen, my brother often had misadventures that caused my parents some hair-pulling moments.

Highlights included painting his bedroom black while everyone else was out shopping, a car accident in Dad’s beloved car (not his fault, but still, Dad’s Mustang!) and numerous, numerous phone calls from random people who’d found his wallet (also keys, contacts, expensive gadgets etc.) after he’d left it behind yet again.

Now, I am a parent of a teenager myself and am just holding my breath, hoping for a smooth ride!
